New Libraries and Updating Existing Libs in Gridsphere

Some of us want to use a newer java library (eg: commons-fileupload ) which provides new features or significant bugfixes. Some new libraries can also be installed as default by Gridsphere. The debate on which one to add will happen on mailing list but the list is here.

I am gathering this list so that the devs have an easier time.
